Polka Dot Floral Wedges | Delightfully Tacky
First off, I love the name of this blog! Secondly, how fabulous are these wedges?! And so easy to create - can you believe that these used to be a plain black pair of shoes? The dots are made with sticky dots then sprayed with spray paint and then the floral fabric glued to the bottom. I’m yet to makeover a pair of shoes but I am so inspired by these that I’m thinking of doing something similar. Now I just need to find a pair of wedges I won’t break my ankle wearing!
Flower Headband | Girls Raised By Wolves
I made a ton of these flowers a while ago with the intention of making some brooches and then… well, I probably just got interested in another craft to be honest, and they are now in the craft room… craft purgatory! I see a lot of flowery brooches now so I think I would love to make something like this instead. This would look great with a mix of floral patterned flowers and plain. Perfect Summer wear!

Green roofs like this one don’t just make cities more beautiful — they help stop water pollution.
“In Nashville, last year’s catastrophic flooding led the city to focus on green infrastructure techniques, which can help prevent flooding by catching and stopping rain where it falls. Nashville recognized that this aspect of green infrastructure was a huge benefit that could help mitigate the city’s risk of floods in the future.” Read more in NRDC attorney Rebecca Hammer’s blog.

DIY Dreamcatcher Jewelry | Rent The Runway On Campus
I remember making a dream catcher when I was younger. I hung it above my bed - I think it worked! I love these mini versions as jewelry. This is how to make a bracelet but you can also add hooks to wear them as earrings. If you would like to know more about dream catchers, click here!
